Shipping Policy

Currently we don't offer any shipped goods, but hopefully we launch it very soon. When we do launch our custom mini's this will be our policy. Many miniature products offered through Rocket Sword Games are custom manufactured or made-to-order items unless otherwise stated. Each miniature is individually produced through a multi-stage process including preparation, printing, curing, cleaning, finishing, and quality inspection.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the fulfillment timelines and policies outlined below.

Production & Fulfillment Times

Custom miniatures require extended production time to ensure quality and durability.

Estimated fulfillment timelines:

  • Standard Custom Miniatures: 3–8 weeks from order confirmation or design approval (if applicable).

  • Large Orders or High Demand Periods: Up to 10–12 weeks.

Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Order volume

  • Material availability

  • Equipment maintenance

  • Holidays or convention preparation periods

  • Customer approval delays

Orders are fulfilled according to internal production scheduling and quality standards.

Production Queue & Batch Fulfillment

Orders may be manufactured and shipped in production waves or batches based on efficiency, material preparation, or quality control needs.

As a result, orders placed later may occasionally ship earlier if they fall within a different production batch.

Rocket Sword Games cannot guarantee shipment order based strictly on purchase date.

Miniature Design & Approval Policy

Custom miniature orders may require customer-provided information, customization selections, or digital approvals prior to production.

Rocket Sword Games reserves the right to request clarification or approval before manufacturing begins if submitted customization details are incomplete, unclear, or incompatible with production standards.

If customer approval is required:

  • Production timelines begin only after approval has been received.

  • Delays in customer response may extend fulfillment timelines.

Rocket Sword Games is not responsible for fulfillment delays caused by incomplete submissions, missing information, or delayed approval responses.

Submitted designs may be adjusted when necessary to ensure structural integrity, print stability, durability, or safe shipping.

Minor artistic interpretation may occur during manufacturing to ensure a successful final product.

Handcrafted Product Variations

Miniatures are resin-printed and hand-finished products.

Minor surface variations, support marks, layer lines, or small cosmetic differences may occur as a normal result of the manufacturing process.

These characteristics are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

Color tone or finish may vary slightly between production batches.

Quality Control

Each miniature undergoes inspection prior to shipment to ensure it meets Rocket Sword Games quality standards.

Products are carefully packaged to reduce risk of damage during transit.

Shipping Methods

Shipping carriers may include:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and package size.

Tracking information will be provided once an order ships.

Rocket Sword Games is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once packages have been transferred to the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

Rocket Sword Games is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Address changes must be requested prior to shipment.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country.

Rocket Sword Games cannot mark shipments as gifts or undervalue packages for customs purposes.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs processing.

Order Cancellation Policy

Because miniatures are manufactured specifically for each customer order, cancellations are limited.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only prior to production beginning.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Production may include but is not limited to:

  • File preparation

  • Print setup

  • Manufacturing

  • Post-processing

  • Finishing work

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If an order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, customers must contact Rocket Sword Games within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

Please submit all requests through the contact form located on the home page of the website.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of damaged packaging or products when applicable

Rocket Sword Games will work with shipping carriers to determine replacement eligibility when appropriate.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on production readiness.

Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
