Rocket Sword Games products and services are created with care and intention. Many items we offer are custom-made, digitally delivered, or provide immediate access to community benefits.

Because of this, refunds are limited as outlined below.

Estimated fulfillment and delivery timelines are projections and not guarantees.
 

General Refund Policy

Rocket Sword Games does not offer refunds for completed purchases once products, services, or digital access have been delivered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom or made-to-order miniature products once production has begun

  • Digital content or downloadable materials

We encourage customers to carefully review orders before completing a purchase.
 

VIP Membership Refunds

VIP memberships are non-refundable.
 

Our Commitment to Customers

While refunds are limited, we are committed to treating customers with respect and working toward reasonable solutions whenever possible.

If an issue arises with an order, we will do our best to:

  • Fulfill what was originally requested

  • Correct verified mistakes when possible

  • Work collaboratively to resolve concerns in a fair and respectful manner.
     

Non-Delivery

Refunds may be issued if an order cannot be confirmed as successfully delivered.

Delivery confirmation is determined using carrier tracking information or other reasonable verification methods.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Rocket Sword Games is not responsible for theft or loss occurring after confirmed delivery.

However, we understand that issues sometimes occur during shipping.

If a package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we will work with customers and shipping carriers in good faith to investigate claims and determine appropriate next steps, which may include replacement assistance when possible.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

Please submit requests using the contact form located on the home page of the Rocket Sword Games website.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos when applicable.
     

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to production beginning for custom products.

Once production has started, cancellations and refunds are not available.
